Malcolm Ross, with 22 years' experience, will lead severalhigh-profile assignments, including Downtown buildings, for TCC andsource new business for the office leasing group. Ross was one ofJLL's six senior managers nationally. He oversaw leasing for a1.5-million-sf office building portfolio in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Due to the holiday week, executives from TCC and JLL wereunavailable for comment on the lead executive's job change bypublication time. "Malcolm's proven record of success withcustomers by his creating leasing and marketing solutions willundoubtedly add value to our team," TCC principal Jim Yoder says ina press release.

In another recent hiring, TCC brought Jonathan Bryan on boardfor the capital markets group as a financial analyst and ChanceOlin in the industrial leasing division. Bryan most recently workedfor Ernst & Young while Olin previously was with North PrestonProperties.
