Rogers, whose career was launched within the automotiveindustry, will be working with LMI's industrial division, wherehe'll focus on the sales and leasing activities of industrialproperties along the Interstate 75 corridor, an area in which hisautomotive industry background will be invaluable. Rogers is agraduate of Michigan State University.

Partica, with close to a decade and a half of real estateexperience, has averaged sales of more than 200 acres each yearsince 1991, including the marketing and sale of a 327-acreresidential development in Oakland County. He also has experiencerepresenting local and out-of-state Fortune 500 companies infinding the right properties in the Detroit area.
