Condo units will start at about$250,000. Thirty-two affordable housing-designated units will be inthe $100,000 range or less.

Big Bethel AME Church is the primary developer. Integral, headedby Egbert L. J. Perry, is leasing a major portion of the AuburnAvenue redevelopment corridor from the church, as GlobeSt.compreviously reported.
