Julian LeCraw & Co. is one of Atlanta's most activedeveloper-investor groups. In December 2005, the company bought the674-unit Archstone Perimeter Center in Dunwoody from ArchstoneSmith of Englewood, CO for $57.28 million or $86,476 per unit.

In January 2004, the developer paid $2.6 million, or $1.04million per acre ($23.88 per sf), to Metal Asset Acquisition LLCfor a prime 2.5-acre site at 1001 Marietta St. Julian LeCraw isdeveloping the 128-unit M-Squared condo community on the site.GlobeSt.com previously reported both transactions.
