MISSION VALLEY, CA-With the local office market making gains, the space has begun filling up at Rio Vista Plaza II. Three new deals bring the building, a 26,639-sf class A office asset owned by Griffin Properties, to 94% leased.Among the deals, Kaiser Permanente agreed to take 9,500 sf. The company signed a 60-month lease for $1.5 million. Additional new tenants include SOS/TOPS Staffing Services, which signed a 60-month lease for 3,200 sf and Adecco, USA Inc., which signed a 61-month lease for 2,800 sf.The three leases combined are valued at nearly $2.5 million. The deals come on the heels of the entire second floor being vacated early last year. Other tenants at the property include San Diego Federal Medical Credit Union with 4,638 sf; First Pacific Bank of California with 3,904 sf; and USE Credit Union with 3,373 sf.Richard Gonor and Tony Russell of Grubb & Ellis
