ALLEN PARK, MI-Construction is set to begin on 24,000 sf ofretail space as developers put the finishing touches on 44,250 sfat the Fairlane Green retail development. The landfillredevelopment project is located on 400 acres between OakwoodBoulevard and Outer Drive.
Lance Taylor, development manager of Archon Group, LP in Irving,TX, which is developing Phase I of the Fairlane Green, tellsGlobeSt.com that 22,500 sf in leases have been signed for theretail space that is nearing completion. The space is contained inthree freestanding buildings that are 11,250 sf, 13,500 sf and19,500 sf.
