The Gym, a fitness center, was represented by John Luongo andJerry Putterman of Grubb & Ellis' Fairfield, NJ office. Theowner of the building, the Paramus, NJ-based S. Hekemian KasparianTroast Co. was represented in-house. The terms of the lease werenot disclosed.

"Third and fourth facilities are coming soon," Luongo says. Andaccording to the Gym's website, the company is also planning toopen its first out-of-state facility later this year in Armonk, NY.The specific location was not disclosed.
