HUBBARDSTON, MA-A Boston developer is moving forward with plansto build a 30-unit condominium complex on a portion of 91 acresalong the Hubbardston and Westminster line. David Murphy withHamilton Development Partners in Boston tells GlobeSt.com that heexpects to begin construction on the project by August afterreceiving permitting approvals from the towns.
The 30 duplex units, which have yet to be named, will be locatedoff Streeter Road near Lovewell Pond and will each be about 1,800sf. No price on either the project or the units have been set.
