"This is a boutique building with extraordinary designfeatures--its signature will be built around premium materials andexquisite detailing, rather than sheer size," says Eric J.Liebmann, principal-in-charge of the project for WDG Architecture.According to a 2005 report compiled by Washington, DC's DowntownBusiness Improvement District, the cost of the project is $18million.
