Signal Perfection Ltd, which operates 21 offices throughout theUS, selected the 45 South St. facility in Hopkinton because of itsinterior build-out and its location near the junction of Route 495and the Massachusetts Turnpike, Scott R. Hughes, president of NewDover Associates Inc. in Framingham, tells GlobeSt.com. "It was agood fit for their needs and geographically was close to theirnortheast operations." The company will gain several thousandsquare feet over its current offices in Franklin, MA. Terms of theshort-term lease were not disclosed.

Hughes, along with colleague Matthew S. Marino represented thetenant and its affiliated company SPL Integrated Solutions. Theproperty owner, Hopkinton Equity Partners LLC, an affiliate ofEverest Partners LLC of New York City, was represented by Robert D.McGuire and Matthew J. Flaherty, both with CB Richard Ellis-NewEngland and Denise L. Geroir, leasing coordinator of EverestPartners.
