Located in the Crystal Citysubmarket, 2800 and 2900 Crystal Dr. are two 10-story officestructures built in 1989 and 1990, respectively, with eachfeaturing about 152,800 sf of leasable space. "They are wellpositioned to benefit from the continued revitalization of CrystalCity and the amenities being developed at the adjacent 15-acrePotomac Yard site," says BPG's Roy C. Perry.

The entire building at 2800 Crystal will be vacated in June, andBPG plans to make significant changes, upgrading and repositioningboth buildings. Jones Lang LaSalle has been charged with handlingleasing responsibilities under the new ownership.
