WOBURN, MA-A footwear retailer has taken 25,000 sf of warehousespace in the industrial district here. The move gives the firm acentral distribution point for its 11 regional stores.
James Boudrot, with NAI Hunneman Commercial of Boston, tellsGlobeSt.com that Lady Grace Stores selected the 5 Commonwealth Ave.property because it offered a strategic distribution point thatgave the firm central access to its existing retail outlets. Thefacility, which was leased for a 10-year term, will serve alsoserve as a fulfillment center for the firm's catalogue and internetbusinesses and will contain a retail store.
