SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ-Target has opened a 142,000-sf store atHadley Shopping Center on Stelton Rd. here. The new store joins atenant roster that includes Kohl's Department Store, a Pathmarksupermarket, Regal Cinema, Marshalls and three dozen other nationaland local retailers and restaurants.
The Target store is part of National Realty & DevelopmentCorp.'s 242,000-sf second phase development of Hadley ShoppingCenter, an expansion that bulks the complex up to 558,000 sf. The316,000-sf first phase has been open since 1984, but has beensubstantially redeveloped by NRDC in recent years.
