BALTIMORE-Following the issuance of an RFP in December, theBaltimore Development Corp. has received a plan for the developmentof the Potee-Garrett site. The 17-acre parcel has sat vacant fortwo decades in what is now the Brooklyn-Curtis Bay Business UrbanRenewal Area of South Baltimore.

Business Real Estate Partners LLC has submitted the idea ofbuilding a mixed-use destination with residential and retailelements to be called Brooklyn Town Center. The parcel sits nearthe intersection of Hanover Street and Patapsco Avenue, just 10minutes from the Inner Harbor and about 15 minutes fromBaltimore-Washington International Airport.
