GARDEN GROVE, CA-Evergreen Development of Phoenix has completedits 200th store for the Deerfield, IL-based Walgreens drug chain, a14,820-sf store at 10840 W. Katella Ave. Walgreens is leasing thesite from Allied Retail Partners of Newport Beach.
The new Garden Grove location part of Walgreens' plan to open475 stores in 2006, notes Evergreen principal Bruce Pomeroy.Evergreen is a developer of specialty, neighborhood and communityshopping centers and freestanding retail stores in the WesternUS.
