In the Santa Monica lease, Lions Gate signed for its space at2700 Colorado Ave. in a renewal that includes an expansion into afourth space in the building. With this renewal, the entertainmentcompany will occupy a total of 85,225 sf.

The 2700 Colorado building owner, TMW Management, wasrepresented by Hunt Barnett, Rick Buckley and Chris Houge ofMadison Partners. Lions Gate was represented by Lawson Martin andJim Travers of Travers Realty.

In the Beverly Hills transaction, American Commercial EquitiesTwo LLC bought a two-story, 17,728-sf building at 211 S. BeverlyDrive from 211 Building Co. David Ickovics in Charles Dunn's WestLos Angeles office represented both the buyer and the seller.
