In addition to managing the West Los Angeles office, Olofsonremains an active broker who represents a group of clients thatincludes large local, regional and national firms. He hasconsistently ranked among Cushman & Wakefield's top-producingbrokers nationwide and in 2005 was recognized as the firm's topcommercial broker in the Western US.
Olofson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1985. In 1990, hestarted working for Cushman Realty Corp., which merged with Cushman& Wakefield in 2001.
Olofson's clients include Douglas Emmett & Co., MaguirePartners, Jacobs Engineering and Olympus Corp. Since enteringcommercial real estate, he has negotiated more than 500 sale andlease transactions totaling more than eight million sf.
