Leventakis will be assisting Mark Piscitelli, EVP and managingdirector of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario, Riverside and San GabrielValley offices, in the management of the three offices. RickSheckter will continue in his role as SVP and Sales Manager of theSan Gabriel office.

In his new role, Leventakis will be responsible for managing thetransaction professionals, business development, recruitment andstrategic planning in the three offices. In addition to hismanagerial duties, he will be continuing his brokerage business forthe remainder of 2006 and into 2007 until all existing transactionsare competed.

Leventakis has been with Grubb & Ellis since 1994,specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties. He hasbeen a consistent top producer at the company, achieving the firm'sCircle of Excellence designation, which is awarded to its topprofessionals nationwide, and was also recently named to the firm'sPresident's Council.
