BILLERICA, MA-Catalogue distribution firm E. BrookmyerDistributors has purchased a 19,000-sf single-story industrialcondo at 2 Sterling Rd. for $1.6-million. Last year, Delta Roofingpurchased the 40,000-sf building for $2.5 million and subdividedit. Delta will retain ownership of the remaining space.
The site was originally owned by the Boston Church of Christ,which completely renovated it to include 4,000 sf of office space.The building's industrial space also has 20-foot-high clearance inthe distribution area. David Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co.tells GlobeSt.com the property was sold for below replacementcosts.
