LOS ANGELES-Staubach Los Angeles has named a new COO, an SVP and a VP of operations for the company’s growing operations here, while Grubb & Ellis has regained a veteran of the company who has returned after a stint at Colliers International.

At Staubach, managing principal Whitley Collins has named Michael Prabhu as the new COO, Robert Zelken as SVP and Paul Park as the new VP of operations. At Grubb & Ellis, 34-year industry veteran Jerry Gillman has rejoined the company’s South Bay office in Torrance as an SVP with the industrial group.

Prabhu, with more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in building systems operations and management, formerly was with Maguire Properties and Heitman Financial. He directed the asset management for properties including the Gas Company Tower, One California Plaza, Water’s Edge at Playa Vista and the Glendale Center.

Zelken has 18 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in tenant representation, specializing in the corporate, legal and technology sectors. He previously was with Jones Lang LaSalle and JMB Realty Corp.

Park is a specialist in multimarket, portfolio-based business for regional and national corporate real estate users. His career includes more than 14 years in tenant representation and corporate services.

Gillman returns to Grubb & Ellis following six years with Colliers. Before joining Colliers, he had been spent his entire commercial real estate career with Grubb & Ellis.
