PORTLAND, OR-Coast Aluminum & Architectural has leased about60,000 sf at Columbia Corporate Park, a 200,000-sf park here thatwas completed in December by Trammell Crow Co. and ING Partners.The lease drops vacancy in the park to 23%.
A metals distributor that specializes in aluminum extrusions,Coast Aluminum will take all of Building B, which totals 59,800 sf.Building A, which totals 135,800 sf, was 66% preleased by Moulding& Millwork Inc in January 2005, kick-starting the project.
