EWING TWP., NJ-K&G Fashion Superstore has leased a total of20,000 sf for a new store within the 356,845-sf Capitol Plaza here.The Atlanta-based off-price clothing chain now has seven outletswithin the Garden State. Capitol Plaza is part of a mixed-usecomplex that includes the 130,000-sf 1001 Spruce Office Center.
The signing was arranged for the ownership, a local group, byDale Mulartrick, director of leasing for Levin Management, theexclusive leasing and management agency for the property. "Theoffice center brings hundreds of workers and visitors to CapitolPlaza every weekday," says Matthew Harding, president and COO ofthe North Plainfield, NJ-based Levin.
