The signing was arranged in-house by Richard Travaglini,Mack-Cali's director of leasing. Jonathan Meisel of Jones LangLaSalle's New Jersey office here represented Travelers. The leaseruns for five years and seven months. Further terms were notreleased; however, available space within the Mack-Cali BusinessCampus is listed on the REIT's website with asking prices in the$20- to $22-per-sf range.

"This is a significant lease agreement," says Mitchell E. Hersh,Mack-Cali's president and CEO. The insurer's signing brings the100,036-sf 6 Century Dr. to the 72.8% leased mark.
