Thenew tenant backfilled space emptied less than three months ago byOffice Resource Group.

Building owner Brookfield Funds of Toronto has Cooper marketingthe industrial space at $4.25 per sf gross. "We structured a dealthat was fair on both sides," Cooper says. "Start to finish, ittook two weeks or less to close. It was very quick." Clint Riley ofBates & Myers in Dallas represented the tenant, whichpreviously leased warehouse space at 10950 Shady Trail.
