The location in the Platinum Triangle generated substantialinterest in the project, according to Louis Tomaselli of theAnaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial Brokerage, the listingagent for the development. Tomaselli was part of a Voit teamincluding Mike Boomer, Mitch Zehner and Joe Miller, also of Voit'sAnaheim Metro office, who represented Master Development in all ofthe sales at the Stadium Collection.

The Stadium Collection office park was built as a campus projectin 1979. Master Development bought it as a rehabilitation andrenovation project to offer the individual buildings for sale toowner-users. The 11 freestanding buildings range from approximately4,500 sf to 7,300 sf.

In addition to representing the seller in the transaction, theVoit team also represented the buyers on half of the 11 buildingsales. The buyers included a diverse group of business owners thatpaid prices ranging from $1.2 million to $1.9 million.
