HOUSTON-Ferguson Xpress will open a second location in theregion, signing a five-year lease for a 3,000-sf spot in therecently renovated Bingle Crossing in the northwest submarket.
Headquartered in Newport News, VA, Ferguson Xpress will open thenew store at 12708 Northwest Freeway toward the end of thisquarter. "The new location is in close proximity to a Home Depotand it's a big renovation area," tenant representative, ShawnAckerman with Henry S. Miller Commercial in Houston, tellsGlobeSt.com. "Most of their customers are contractors. Most of thecontractors are in the area because there are a lot of older homesthere."
