The new eHarmony space will be a relocation and expansion from the company’s current headquarters at 300 N. Lake Ave., where it is in about 25,000 sf.The IndyMac building is a project of Downtown Los Angeles-based Investment Development Services Inc. IDS was represented internally by Dave Saeta and also by Shaun Stiles and Hayden Eaves of Colliers International. The new eHarmony space will accommodate the company’s growth and is expected to be a more efficient location, according to Greg Waldorf, CEO of the company. The company, founded in 2000, describes itself as a “relationship service” that markets its services to both singles and married couples. In addition to eHarmony, tenants in the IndyMac building include IndyMac Bank, which is in about 180,000 sf, and the stock brokerage firm Crowell, Weedon & Co., which occupies about 5,000 sf.
