COLORADO SPRINGS-California-based dpiX LLC, a supplier ofsensors for digital X-ray imaging, recently bought a 239,200-sfmanufacturing facility here. The company's purchase of the formerLSI Logic facility is believed to be the largest industrial deal sofar this year. The sales price was not disclosed.

John Manning, president and CEO of Palo Alto-based dpiX, saysthe facility fits the company's needs. "This investment will allowdpiX to continue to meet the future needs of our customers,"Manning says. "We have looked throughout the US and Asia for thebest possible expansion site for our unique technology and we havefound it in Colorado Springs."
