Lincoln Dr. "The interesting thing about thisparticular conference is that more than 20% of attendance is fromoutside the state," says Richard Kelley, director of the RealShareConference Series for Real Estate Media Network. "We always get agood percentage of folks from outside, but it seems to be happeningat a greater degree in Phoenix."

Kelley tells GlobeSt.com there are reasons for interest from outof state, including national promotion. Another reason is stronginterest in the market, with attendees coming from California,Illinois, Texas and various East Coast cities. "Phoenix has beenkind of a quietly booming market and rewarding to the peopleoperating in it," he says. "Word is getting out to others that thisis the market to be looking at."

One of the day's highlights is a one-on-one interview of RonBarness, chairman of Barness Papas Investments LLC by Michael G.Desiato, editor in chief of Real Estate Media Network.
