Cronos Software Inc., headquartered in Chelmsford, MA, willlight the 600 Las Colinas space in August, getting slightly moreroom but a higher profile address and class with the relocation,Joel Pustmueller, partner in Peloton Real Estate Partners inDallas, tells GlobeSt.com. The just-signed lease for the 17th floorpushes the 509,707-sf, 22-story high rise to 90% occupancy.

Pustmueller says construction will fire up immediately so theturnkey office will be ready in time for Cronos' arrival fromRochelle Park at 600 E. John Carpenter Freeway. The inbound tenantis taking over space emptied at the beginning of the year by PDIInc.

Pustmueller and Peloton associate Grant Sumner negotiated thedeal for 600 E. Las Colinas Blvd.'s owner, Prime Income AssetManagement Inc. of Dallas. The tenant reps were Brant Bernet,principal with Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. and associateJonathan Harper.
