Seasoned veteran Bob Hagewood, a repeat heavy hitter on localrosters, has ended a 10-year run at the Staubach Co., most recentlyas one of its vice presidents. His new role is to help Stream buildan industrial footprint, now up to 4.7 million sf with another500,000 sf on the way in the coming months. "He comes over as oneof the most senior guys," Chris Jackson, Stream's managing directorand partner, tells GlobeSt.com. "We will be looking to him to helpus with his expertise. We are working as hard as we can to growthat market."

Hagewood, with 11 years in the business, will develop strategiesto build business in northwest Dallas and DFW International Airportsubmarkets. His team includes associates Michael Haggar and ForsheyHoobler.

Jackson says Hagewood's hiring rounds out the vice presidents'roster, at least for now in the industrial group. Also recentlyhired was Tom Dodge, who moved over from Trammell Crow Co., to joinvice presidents Jason Moser and Kyle Valentine.
