City Center West B was built in 1999. The sellers acquired thebuilding in 2002 for $20.8 million, the same year it acquired thetwin City Center West A office building for $21.67 million onbehalf of T REIT and tenant-in-common investors. City Center West Awas re-traded in August 2005 for $30.8 million.

Tenants at City Center West B include Bank West of Nevada, IBM,and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. Occupancy was not immediatelyavailable.

Bill Palmer and John Sedar of the Palmer Team Inc. had thedisposition assignment. Darryll Goodman of Triple Net Propertiesrepresented the sellers.
