GLOUCESTER, NJ-DNE Imports Inc., an Arlington, TX-based producedistributor, has acquired the 102,000-sf warehouse/distributionfacility at 890 Charles St. here. The acquisition marks the buyer'sentry into the metro Philadelphia market.
The seller was the Bloom Organization, a Mt. Laurel, NJ-basedcompany with more than four million sf of commercial and industrialreal estate in South Jersey, including multiple industrial parks.The transaction was arranged by Marc Isdaner, director and SVP, andassociate Matthews Guers of Colliers Lanard & Axilbund,Philadelphia. The duo had been hired by the Bloom Organization tofind a buyer or tenants for the vacant asset. The sale price wasnot disclosed.
