The new Bayshore Town Center, located at 5900 N. Port WashingtonRd., in the City of Glendale, 10 miles north of Downtown Milwaukee,calls for the partial demolition and renovation of a preexistingbig-box mall. A blend of architectural styles were integrated intothe design scheme to combine residential, retail, dining, office,two freestanding pavilions and a central square to create a truesense of a "town square." Now under construction, the project isslated for a yearend completion.

The Bayshore Mall rehab project will increase the development'sretail space from 500,000 sf to one million sf, creating room for180 retailers, up from its previous capacity of 110. The plan alsoincreases office space from 25,000 sf to 275,000 sf, and creates150 condos and apartments.
