"The group will help clients identify and act on opportunitiesin the hotel sector," Beider says. "We will help developers, ownersand investors evaluate how a property is performing and assess bothshort- and long-term risk. We will work with clients to identifyundervalued assets and develop turnaround strategies to maximize anasset's upside potential."

Besides Beider, founding members of the group include SteveMills of NAI BT, San Francisco; Larry Kingsbury of NAI HuffPartners, Fort Worth; Josh Williams of NAI Brannen Goddard,Atlanta; Sanjeev Misra of NAI Hiffman, Chicago; Phil Miller of NAIPyramid, Binghamton, NY; Jim Mouzourakis of NAI Commercial,Vancouver, BC; Gary Swedback of NAI Mexico in Tijuana; and GraemeLaird of NAI Andrew Park, Bangkok, Thailand.

The group expects to add several new members by the end of thisyear, according to Paul Reitz, NAI Global's vice president ofcapital markets. Reitz is the group's corporate advisor.
