Fuddruckers was represented by Chuck Lanyard, principal anddirector of brokerage services, and Steven Zavidow of the GoldsteinGroup, a retail brokerage firm based in Glen Rock, NJ. The owner ofthe property, locally based Roxville Associates LLC, wasrepresented by Richard Schultz of Fidelity Properties LLC ofChatham.
"In addition to this lease, we are currently in leasenegotiations for two other sites," says Bill Cook, operator of thenew eatery. The signing marks the eighth restaurant in New Jerseyfor the Austin,TX-based chain, "and we are looking for additionalnew restaurant locations with the Goldstein Group.
Roxbury Mall, located near the International Trade Center innearby Mt. Olive, NJ, totals nearly 650,000 sf. The property'smajor tenants include Staples, Kohl's, Shop Rite, Panera Bread andHome Depot.
