WOBURN, MA-A floor covering firm that has seen a jump inbusiness will more than double its size when it moves into 30,000sf of office and warehouse space at 16 Everberg Rd, in Woburn nextmonth. Business Interiors Floor Covering, which will relocate justa few miles from its current facility, will be the only tenant inthe 43,676-sf building.
The firm hopes to later expand into the remaining space, DavidGilkie, senior vice president with Nordblom Corfac International'sBurlington, MA office, tells GlobeSt.com. The company also has theoption of purchasing the property.
