During Marshall's tenure, Opus has grown to more than 9.5million sf of commercial property either completed or under way inSouthern California. The company's revenues for its SouthernCalifornia division totaled more than $300 million for 2005 and itprojects that future revenues will range from $250 million to $350million per year.

Marshall's new position "reflects the significance and magnitudeof the Southern California region as it relates to our company'sbusiness plan," and it recognizes "the tremendous growth andsuccess achieved by Paul since overseeing our expansion into themarket," says Thomas Roberts, president and CEO of Opus West.Marshall, a 24-year industry veteran, has presided over some of thelargest developments in Orange County and the rest of SouthernCalifornia.

Among these are the $300 million, 900,000-sf Opus Center Irvinemaster plan across from the Orange County Airport, the $375 millionPlaza-Irvine high-rise luxury condominiums and a host of otherprojects throughout the region.
