Haynes, who will be based in Palm Desert, formerly was an SVPwith Grubb & Ellis in Dallas. In that position, he directedcommercial brokerage activities for eight regional officesthroughout the southwestern and southeastern US.

A veteran of nearly 30 years in the commercial real estateindustry, Haynes also is a former EVP of Bramalea/Trizec in NewportBeach, where he was responsible for the firm's commercialdevelopment and other operations in Southern California. His otherpositions have included VP of business marketing and seniordirector at the Irvine Co.

Since its establishment in 1994, CT Realty Corp. has completedmore than 140 transactions totaling more than $2 billion, whichincludes acquisitions, sales, development and redevelopment. Inaddition, the company provides development equity financing throughstrategic partnerships with developers in the Southwest.
