ITA Software will now occupy 56,747 sf on the fifth, sixth,seventh and eighth floors of the 10-story, 140,000-sf building,Darryl Morse, senior vice president of Equis Corp.'s Boston officetells GlobeSt.com. "We got a below market deal for ITA Software,yet on the other hand the landlord was able to secure nearly halfof the building with a tenant that is extremely credit worthy andgrowing."

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Morse, who representedITA, says similar space in the Kendall Square neighborhoodgenerally leases for approximately $28 per sf. Steve Purpura ofRichards Barry Joyce & Partners and Tom Taranto of ownerIntercontinental represented the ownership.
