"Our sales and revenue management people are providing immediatesupport to the property," says Mark Di Piazza, vice president offull-service hotels for HHM, a Philadelphia-based manager ofmidscale and upscale hotels in the northeastern US. "We will beplacing renewed emphasis on operations, customer service and sharedservices."

Besides its 307 rooms, 42 of which are suites, the property hassome 20,000 sf of meeting and banquet space, including a grandballroom, a 75-seat amphitheater and executive boardrooms. It'sattached to the Woodbridge Place office complex on Route One Southhere.

"This agreement is consistent with our strategy of expandingHHM's core business through new third-party managementrelationships," says Naveen Kakarla, vice president ofadministration for HHM. "It's also strategically placed near fourother upscale properties under our management."
