Before joining Wells, Reeder spent 19 years at real estate firmTaylor & Mathis, where he served as vice president ofoperations in the firm's Dallas office. Prior to that position, hemanaged properties and operations in Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Atlantaand Birmingham, AL. Tampa Commons, a 255,000-sf, 13-story class Aoffice building, was acquired by Wells Real Estate Investment TrustII in 2005.

Bill Driver, Wells senior vice president of property servicesgroup, tells GlobeSt.com that Reeder will assist in the firm'seffort to expand business in the Tampa area. "We're pursuingopportunities in that area and Mark will help us with that."

Prior to joining Wells, Dillon worked for Advantis Real EstateServices where he served as director of management services and wasresponsible for the commercial property management division for thecompany's Washington, DC, which included 30 buildings and threemillion sf. At Wells, Dillon will be responsible for One and TwoIndependence Square in Washington. These two buildings wereacquired by Wells Investment Real Estate Trust in 2002 and containa total of 949,000 sf.
