The lease takes occupancy in the building, which was constructed15 years ago, to 70%, Adderly tells GlobeSt.com. "This submarkethas been one of the slowest to recover. We think it's the premierbuilding in the park, and we had a couple of big blocks of spacethat we weren't anxious to break up. This lease takes nearly theentire third floor, and the building's staggered design providesmore than four corner offices per floor." He declined to disclosethe aggregate value of the lease, but says the asking rental ratein the building is between $18.50 per sf and $20 per sf.
