KEANSBURG, NJ-The Kalian Cos. has started site preparation forHarbor Lights on the Bayshore, a condominium community along thisMonmouth County town's Raritan Bay waterfront. Harbor Lights, whichwill have views of Raritan Bay and the Manhattan skyline some 20miles to the north, will include a total of 48 units whencompleted.
According to Patrick Kalian, president of the Red Bankresidential development firm that bears his name, the project willbe "sensitive to the city's position as a waterfront community. Itwill be an example of the balance between effective redevelopment,architecture and planning for a waterfront location."
