SAN CLEMENTE, CA-Craig Realty Group of Newport Beach has closedon its acquisition of the 51-acre development site for the planned650,000-sf Plaza San Clemente center at the 248-acre MarbleheadDevelopment. The Craig Group acquired the property from theWoodland Hills-based SunCal Cos., which is developing theresidential portion of the project.

Terms of the development site sale were not disclosed. Theretail center is estimated to be a $65-million project, based upondevelopment costs of approximately $100 per sf.
