CARLSTADT, NJ-Premier Supplies has signed a lease for 17,000 sfof warehouse space at 110 Asia Pl. here. The distributor of officesupplies, vending products and print materials is relocating from asmaller space in nearby North Bergen.
The tenant was represented by Frank Caccavo, Jason Goldman andAndrew Siemsen of the Edison office of Cushman & Wakefield, andEmmett Noonan of the firm's Manhattan office. AMB Properties, theowner, was represented by Lew Solomon and Alex Previdi of Lee &Klatskin Associates, Teterboro.
