IQuum's relocation from approximately 8,500 sf at 214 LincolnSt. in Allston will put it closer to suburban Boston's high-techcorridor and researchers at the University of Massachusetts MedicalSchool, Paul Leone with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' Bostonoffice tells GlobeSt.com.

The firm will be the only tenant in the 76,000-sf two-storyMarlborough Corporate Place building, which was recently vacated byalarm and fire extinguisher maker, Kidde. Terms of the lease werenot disclosed but Leone said per-sf rates for similar properties inthe area are in the high teens gross.

Leone and colleagues Robert Richards and John Lashar handled thetransaction for IQuum. The property's owner, Glenborough RealtyTrust of San Mateo, CA, was represented by Robert McGuire, seniorvice president/partner of CB Richard Ellis, and Sam Potter ofGlenborough.
