BROOMFIELD-West meadow Properties has paid $6.1 million forthree apartment complexes totaling 117 units, which it acquiredfrom two different sellers in deals arranged by Apartment RealtyAdvisors. The three buildings are in Garden Center, near WadsworthParkway, with convenient access to the Boulder Turnpike, DowntownDenver and Interlocken Business Park.

Principal Terrance Hunt and associate Shane OzmentofApartmentRealty Advisors represented the two separate sellers, PrimeInvestment Properties and Lewis and Joliet. Prime sold twoproperties called Garden Center 62 and 70, andLewis and Joliet soldGarden Center 64.
