DALLAS-In keeping with a corporate-led campaign to replaceselect mall locations, the Retail Brand Alliance Inc. has signed a10-year relocation lease with options for a Brooks Brothers store.The high-end retailer will open in January 2007 in West Village,vacating a 10-year spot in NorthPark Mall.
Henry S. Miller IV, who teamed with Henry S. Miller Commercial'sDan Shoevlin as the tenant reps, tells GlobeSt.com that thecorporate strategy and NorthPark Mall's proximity to West Villageblocked the chance of adding rather than replacing a location. "Wealso looked at Highland Park Village," he says. "We couldn'taccommodate them and we didn't want to duplicate too much at HighPark Village." The tony center already sports several men's andwomen's apparel stores.
