Details about the deal and the move-in were unavailable by presstime, but the organization will be relocating from 2512 S.Interstate 35 to 6800 Burleson Rd., taking space to a 274,231-sfbuilding that was formerly occupied by Lockheed Martin Corp. TheBergstrom Technology Center at 6800 Burleson Rd. is part of a700-acre, mixed-use corporate campus. KBS Realty Advisors ofNewport Beach, CA is the owner.

The tech center's quotes for the multi-faceted space range from$4.80 per sf to $15 per sf. The deal pushes the 1984-constructedcenter to 75% occupancy.

"Capcog is a perfect addition to the current mix of governmentaltenants in the building," Greg Johnson, vice president forTranswestern Commercial Services in Austin, says in a pressrelease. Johnson represented KBS while Gaines Bagby of CB RichardEllis in Austin was the tenant's rep.
